As we advanced, November is the month against gender violence and we have prepared very special courses in each of the areas of Spain where we work. This time, the regions of Aragon host totally different days free organized by the Aragon Institute for Women , In collaboration with municipalities and defend myself Be Alone.
First of all it will be in collaboration with the City of Calatayud this Saturday 18. In the Sports Center where they are summoned 80 women to learn techniques self-protection Y Self Defense a multitatami. The multitatami consists of different stations through which attendees will happening and, in each one of them, They learn different techniques and approaches when facing a possible aggression.
The courses will continue the 23 November two (2) Master Class en Jaca, organized jointly with the Aragon Institute for Women, and at different times: from 17:00h a 19:00and h 19:00h a 21:00h. further, we will have another multitatami the 27 of November, coinciding with the day before the Day Against Gender Violence Zaragoza, at the Sports Prince Felipe and with the collaboration of Zaragoza Sports and the Institute for Equality of City Hall.
