The next 16 of March, from 10:00 a 12:00, at the Sports Mine (C / Miguel Hernández 17) will continue with the program I Am defend myself, but this time with a class dedicated to learning psychological aggression against. How should we act psychologically? How do I manage my impulses and how to use your head to get out unhurt?

We have already spoken on other occasions of the importance of managing fear and self-control in stressful situations. In I am defend myself we have the support of professional psychology, which conducts psychological training service. This training allows us to achieve effective use of all self-defense techniques we have learned in group workshops.

We started learning with practice cognitive techniques, which help us to improve our capacity for self-observation and to know how we face our fears and limitations to consider threatening situations. The practice of these techniques will allow us to interpret the environment so that we generate less anxiety.

As each of our courses, it is also aimed at women from 12 years.
